About the Application Process

STALL TYPES - Chalets and council gazebos have now been allocated, you can still apply if you bring your own gazebo/trailer. There are 3 stall types available: - Space for your own Gazebo (€20)
ALLOCATION - We have allocated the chalets and council gazebos mid September, so applications received after then, will have to bring their own gazebo/trailer. - A set amount of stall space will be kept for community/fundraising stalls. The allocation of these will be according to a combination of two principles: 1, first come first serve and 2, a good display/idea/product. - We are expanding our market this year and nearly doubling our stall space so there is a good chance your stall will be fitted in. That being said, we keep an ethos of ‘the more local, natural and sustainable the better’, we do have a finite space and we also try to keep a good ratio of product types to the amount of people expected. So if your products cannot fit with this ethos, our space is full, or we already got several applications for the exact same product types we reserve the right to not grant you a stall space.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS We released payment links for successful chalet and council gazebo holders mid September. For vendors bringing their own gazebo will be sent continuously following applications until our space is full.
CANCELLATIONS & WAITING LIST - If you are unable to attend the Christmas Market after being allocated a space, please let us know as soon as possible. Full refunds will be made up until the 1st of November 2023. Stalls cancelling after this time will loose their stall payment. - If your application was not successful you will automatically be added to our waiting list. Stall spaces will be reallocated from the waiting list as soon as they become available and will be selected at random. We will only contact the successful stall in this instance.
LATE APPLICANTS - If your application is received after mid September, it will not be considered for chalets or council gazebos. You can apply for a space to bring your own gazebo up until the 1st of November, but as it is first come first serve the longer you leave it the less chance there is of a space.
More information about the set up and takedown of the Christmas Market as well as a map of allocations and market layout will be sent out to the successful applicant closer to the event.

About the Application Process

STALL TYPES ** Only own gazebos/trailers left** - There are only a limited number of each stall type available and providing other options in the preferences section may increase your chances of getting a stall. There are the following stall types available for small food/drink sellers: - The lend of a council gazebo (€40) - Space for your own Gazebo (€30)
ALLOCATION - We will be allocating the council gazebos mid September, so only applications received before then, will have a chance to get one. First come first serve, so the earlier your application is in, the higher the chance you might be granted one. So if your products cannot fit with this ethos, our space is full, or we already have several applications for the exact same drinks/foods we reserve the right to not grant you a stall space.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS We have now allocated council gazeboes. For vendors bringing their own gazebo, payment links will be sent following applications until our space is full.
LATE APPLICANTS - If your application is received after mid September, it will not be considered for council gazebos. You can apply for a space to bring your own gazebo up until the 1st of November, but as it is first come first serve the chance for a space lessens with time.
More information about the set up and takedown of the Christmas Market as well as a map of allocations and market layout will be sent out to the successful applicants closer to the event.
