About Your Listing

A profile is created for each business or listing on the website. A profile contains the following information about the listing;

Listing Information: Address, Phone Number, Store Name
‘About Us’ summary of the business
Social Media links
Profile Image: Small square image, typically a logo, with dimensions of 150 x 150 px.
Header Image: This image needs to be a landscape image and be of good quality, typically less than 800Kb in size and with dimensions of 625 x 300 px.
Allows you to connect to your Stripe account if selling through the website
Manage products
Review orders
View listing followers and reviews

Dashboard Tab

This is a summary of all activity across your profile.

Products Tab

This is a list of all the products and services that you have to sell

This is a list of all the orders that have been placed via the website to your company

Here you can get various information on sales, by period and by product

What do I do if I have a technical issue with the website, who do I contact?

If you have a technical issue with the website please visit our contact form and click on the technical query and our website administrators will deal with your query.

Who runs and maintains this website?

If I have a problem buying from the website, who do I contact?

We recommend you first contact and discuss your issue with the shop owner, you can visit their page on the directory profile and send them a message. If you do not get a response please fill in our contact us form and our website administrator will assist you.
