Mary is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever come across. Her practice is so full of space to love oneself and our bodies. She beautifully weaves wisdom and theory into the yoga practice, which deepens ones understanding of why we're doing each pose but also strengthening our resolve to deepen our awareness, peacefulness and better ourselves as people. I keep coming back for Mary's yoga because I've realised how essential it actually is for me functioning properly as a whole being. Being busy with kids, work, house etc etc Mary helps to bring it all into a bigger perspective and calms everything down. She has several different types of classes each with a different focus, pace and aim but all with space for all levels. Highly highly recommend her.
I have made my own granola, have tasted other people's and every other brand of granola on the market for more years than I care to remember and this one beats them all! Hurray, now I don't have to make my own any more nor will I ever feel guilty again for not doing so, thank you, thank you!! Not only have I the big jar and refills but I have treated members of my family to them too and they agree with me, 7th Heaven Granola is simply the best!! Breakfast in lockdown has been simply heaven!
